(No Cameras in backyard and definitely not inside) Parking is limited to the driveway for two vehicles; street parking is not available. We also adhere to a strict noise ordinance, with no outside music at any time and no loud voices after 9pm to ensure a peaceful neighborhood. Smoking, vapes, candles, fireworks/firecrackers, and live flames (excluding the firepit) are all prohibited, as are pets and animals. As for the outdoor area, the stained concrete floors can become slippery when wet, so please avoid wet swimsuits indoors. The spa usage and heating are included in the booking rate, while pool heating is available for an additional $195 per day and must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Glass is not allowed in the pool area. We also ask guests to turn off the outdoor fireplace when not in use. Property management services are scheduled for pool and gardening, and we kindly request that guests keep solid waste out of drains.
